Placing An Order

Purchase your frames online by using the Product Search and secure ordering system. Make your selection and follow the instructions provided.

Order Fulfillment Information/Requirements

  • Each frame produced at Frame Your Credentials requires customization. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery from receipt of order. Orders within the continental U.S. ship via UPS ground. Call or email Customer Service for rates outside of the continental U.S. Contact customer service regarding rush or express shipments.
  • Special foil embossing of mats is not available to individuals, only organizations with a previous agreement between them and Frame Your Credentials.
  • Please do not send your credentials or valuable documents. All frames are preassembled and include simple instructions for affixing your document.

Satisfaction Guarantee

At Frame Your Credentials we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services. Each frame is carefully inspected to ensure customer satisfaction. If you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, simply call us within 30 day of receipt for a replacement frame, or a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling charges.

Damaged Shipments

All shipment leaving our facility are packed in custom UPS/USPS approved mailer cartons, however if your frame arrives damaged, please call customer service and we will have your product picked up and a replacement sent ASAP.
